Windsurfing is a physical and exhilirating sport involving the mind, soul and body. Balok beach in Kuantan, Pahang had the best beach for windsurfing as it stretches for more than 5 km with wide sandy beaches. The monsoon period is most ideal as you are guaranteed of strong winds. Furthermore, accommodation during this period is also cheaper.

'Monsoon madness' is an event held every January. This event attracts participants from all over the world to compete as Kuantan is one of six venues on the Asian Windsurfing Tour (AWT) calendar.

Windsurfing and other sea sports is also available in Port Dickson, Seremban (1.5 hours from Kuala Lumpur). Get in touch with us to find out more.

Pricing

It would take about two four hour lessons to get a grip on the sport. Each lesson is RM60 per hour. Contact us for a group discount. Prices excludes flight, transport, meals and insurance. Rental of other equipment are as follows:
