Diving
Pulau Tenggol has been widely known in diving circles as one of the best destinations on the Peninsular. It has more than 20 stunning dive sites with various flavors to satisfy divers with ranging interest and levels of diving proficiency. Amazing coral gardens with colourful marine life provide an unforgettable experience for all levels of divers. For the more experienced divers, adrenaline charged and challenging sites are available such as the "Fish bowl" and "Tanjung Api" (Fire point). These sites have stronger currrents and deeper waters which attracts the big pelagics (barracudas etc).
A fully serviced dive centre is available catering to all levels of diving. Our fully qualified instructor provides diving courses from beginners to Rescue Divers.
In November 2007, Mantas and a whale shark was spotted at Tenggol, so you just never know your luck.

Getting here
The launchpoint to Tenggol island is Kuala Dungun. You can fly to Kuala Terengganu and catch a taxi to Kuala Dungun, but this is more than 2 hours. Most people will choose to drive to Kuala Dungun. Around 6 hours by car from KL.

Overnight stay
If you need to stay overnight at Kuala Dungun to make the boat transfer, a simple option is Kesanya hotel in Kuala Dungun. This basic hotel costs around RM 50 per night inclusive of air-cond and hot shower.

Best time to visit
The resort is open from February to November. The best season for diving is from May to July.
