D'Coconut Lagoon is a lovely beach resort occupying two isolated and idyllic stretches of pristine white sandy beaches. It offers tranquil ambience and at the same time delivers a unique destination for marine life and nature lovers.
There are about 12 dive sites around Pulau Lang Tengah and together with nearby Pulau Redang, Pulau Perhentian and Pulau Bidong, there are more than 30 dive sites for divers: at shallow to medium depths, always enjoyable, never risky or fatiguing.Encounters with turtles, resident schools of jacks and barracudas and famous blue coral are almost assured around the tiny coral island.
Rooms and Facilities
All rooms come complete with an air-condition unit, attached bathroom with hot water shower and some rooms with bathtub.
Cabanas, executive deluxe, deluxe, family and superior rooms with additional tea/coffee making facilities and a mini-fridge.
Swimming Pool
There is one swimming pool in the East Wing and one in the West Wing. There is also a Jacuzzi next to the west wing pool.
Dive Centre
The dive center is well equipped. Our well-experienced instructors and knowledgeable dive masters would be willing to take you around the dive spots around the island.

Getting here
The closest departure point to Pulau Lang Tengah is from a town called Merang, about 38 kilometres north of Kuala Terengganu. Lang Tengah island is easily accessible by a 50 min flight from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to Kuala Terengganu. Malaysia airlines (www.mas.com.my) and AirAsia (www.airasia.com), the region’s low cost carrier have daily flights to Kuala Terengganu. Journey from Kuala Terengganu airport to Merang takes 25 minutes by taxi. Speedboat transfer is merely 40 minutes from Merang.
From Kuala Lumpur & Singapore by Coach
Express coaches leave Kuala Lumpur and Singapore respectively at 8.00pm and arrive at Kuala Terengganu at 7.00am.

Our say
Our experience with Lang Tengah was great. We love the island for its quietness and there is some great diving to explore. The waters are warm clear. We also had very friendly hospitality provided by the resort staff. The rooms are basic but clean. With an island so beautiful, you wouldn't want to stay in the room anyway. Choose Lang Tengah if you want the deserted island feeling.
